Default Emancipation After Running Away From Home

Okay so long story, try to make it short. I ran away from home in Arizona due to parental abuse, and several months later I moved to Arkansas. The detective on my case agreed that who I was staying with was the right choice because even though my mother had filed me as a runaway, she made no attempts to find me and left me messages saying she knew where I was but didn't want me in her house again. The detective kept the Arkansas police from detaining me and instead I left the police station with overall consent of my parents to live elsewhere. However, now I am stuck without having my parents here to sign for anything, so I think emancipation would be the best choice. I have a full time job and do online schooling, and I can support myself easily. A few questions, is this a good reason for needing emancipation? Should I ask the adults I'm living with to sign for an apartment so it shows without a doubt that I'm supporting myself? Can I even get emancipated without knowing my parents' address so the court can contact them of my petition? Any and all answers would help. Thanks
