Angry Who Follows Up on Court Rulings

Columbiana County, Ohio. I've been recently divorced from my ex-husband and it seems that the process will never end. During the divorce hearing my ex insisted that he be given the house that we lived in. (the house was mine, purchased before we were married) Since I didn't want the house I was happy that he wanted it. The Magistrate awarded my ex the house on the grounds that he could obtain a loan with 90 days. The 90 days come and gone and there wasn't any mention of him taking over the house. He remained in the house for almost 150 days - till he told me that he didn't want the house and that he decided to purchase a different house. Anticipating my ex would take over the mortgage on this house I purchased a new house. Now I'm stuck with two houses - which I can't afford. The bank has called me numerous times - not very nice. I've since hired an attorney to take my ex back to court to have this resolved. But I can't understand why I need to pay for an attorney to have the courts follow up with their original rulings. Is there anything else I can do to force my ex into living up to his end of the deal?

You can request that the court order your ex to pay your attorney's fees.
