    Default Credit card harrassment

In SC can you ask for a payoff on a credit card?
If yes, what can be done about them refusing to take a payoff?
Are there anything that a person can do about them calling all hours?
    Thanks,

You mean, request a total payoff price to resolve the debt? I'm not aware of any creditor or collection agency which won't give one.

If it's a third party collection agency that's calling at all hours, look into exercising your rights under the FDCPA.
