My ex husband made up a false domestic battery charge against me resulting in a no contact order and him being given an injunction against me (on the fourth try). Long story short, I was the victim, not him, but he has managed to work the system to his advantage.
Anyway, he tried to pass a note through daycare wanting to pick up our daughter at my home on Father's Day, which I did not accept, but called my attorney and told him about it. He emailed my ex's attorney that I would meet him at 10am at the police substation as per the no contact order. Sat there for over 15 minutes, video taped my being there and the times, and then went about my day. I get home at 5pm, and view my home video surveillance and see that he showed up at my house at 10:50am with an officer. I informed my attorney of the events and gave him copies of all the videos. Then Monday night, my ex emails my attorney telling him that he is to no longer contact his attorney about minor issues regarding our daughter and is to contact him directly or he will seek to have me pay for his attorney fees. And he states he was at the substation but I never showed (he is unaware that I have surveillance at home and in my vehicle) and he isn't meeting at the substation as it is inconvenient for him (it's 2 minutes difference).
So, my question is, can he email my attorney? Have him contact him directly? Force me to meet him at our residences? Or is he just fooling himself with all this?
I have not discussed the matter yet with my attorney, he just forwarded the email to me yesterday and was scheduled to meet with my ex's attorney regarding the criminal case against me. He is aware that I am not comfortable with him coming to my house or vice versa.
