    Default Trial by Written Declaration

My question involves traffic court in the State of: CA, County of Riverside

After receiving the courtesy notice, I checked off the box requesting trial by written declaration and sent it along with full bail amount. The court received the payment in May. It has been 5 weeks now and I still haven't gotten the forms for trial by written declaration.

I checked the status online and it says "convicted".

How long does it usually take for them to send the TBWD forms? Does the status mean that they denied my request for trial by written declaration?

If the status shows "convicted", then it is obvious that your TBD was either rejected or not received on time. Only the court can tell you why. Call/visit them to find out why.
