    Exclamation Workplace Scandal

My question involves unemployment benefits for the state of: Arizona

I had worked for a kennel in Fountain Hills for two and a half years as a manager. I became pregnant during that time, worked until the day before my delivery, had my child, used my vacation days as maternity leave and when I returned two weeks later I asked to work weekends only after working 40-hour weeks for two months.

I was told that I could quit.

I told my employer no, I still needed to work and was then fired in May for leaving early two days in February on the weekend when it was acceptable to higher management that we do so as long as all duties were done and it was near closing time.

It was also thrown in that I supposedly falsified the time clock, which is on a computer. I did no such thing. I do know that the time in the past can be altered by whomever has an employees password, such as higher management.

Another twist is that in order for me to work weekends, I would be replacing the weekend manager who was out for medical leave. The weekend manager is very good friends with the tenants who live in the upstairs apartment above the kennel. The tenants upstairs told the owner of the business that I specifically was leaving early on the weekends, ALL THE TIME. The only way that these people would know about the schedule change was if they were forwarded a employee schedule that was sent to all managers. I believe that they knew that they would get me fired if they spoke to the right person, which was the part-owner of the business to save their friends position.

This led into a 'investigation' of the security tapes and they had in fact saw that I had left early two weekend days in February. The owner saw it as unacceptable and higher management saw it as okay thing to do. Higher management did this themselves quite often and encouraged it because it saved money. (The business wasn't making overhead.)

I applied for unemployment benefits, was denied, and appealed. My 'appeal date' is June 30th. How can I show the judge that this is all a scandal?

I have never been written up, made to sign anything that constituted as a warning and yet the company that I'm 'subcontracted' out of says that I have been. How can I be written up without any warning or acknowledgment?
