At first I was told by my boss that I didn’t qualify for FMLA because I wasn’t married then I was written up and given a verbal warning. While I started to invegatgate I found out I do quafly under FMLA for a newborn child cause the mother was hospitalize for the last 42 days. So the company had to give me FMLA which they werent happy.'
I’m going to start returning back to work and they have place me on a different time slot I used to work from 6am to 4pm for the last 3 years and now I’m being told that I have to work from 10pm to 8am is this relation? The position is the same title but the shift time is different. I was told for the last 3 years that shift changes are based on sonority now since I have the highest sonority they put me on the worst shift and place someone with the low sonority on my shift.
