My question involves child support in the State of: North Dakota.
Both parents are living together and supporting the child together. even when they are not together they provide for the child. Both want to stop child support without having to get married. Both parties were told that they needed to contact an attorney to stop child support but can not find an attorney that can be afforded or pro bono. Both have tried to stop child support including filing to suspend the unpaid amount. Now one is being threatened to have their drivers license suspended due to non payment. What can they do to stop this without having to get married before they are ready?
