My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Washington.

I was at a stop sign, and looked both ways and did not see anyone and proceeded to turn left. As I was turning left another car came very fast and swerved across the yellow line onto the wrong side of the road. If she had never swerved onto that side of the road she would have never hit me. She hit the rear corner of my car behind the back tire of the driver's side. Also she did not hit her breaks at all.

The police officer stated he would review this, but said that he would most likely consider me at fault as "failure to Yield" if he issues me a ticket is this something I should fight and possibly win? what is the likelihood of success and etc.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
