    Default False Confession

I think I made a very big mistake today. I went to the police station to get my police report that I filed against my employer. The employer filed charges on me (computer tampering). The dectectives asked me if I actually tampered with the computer, I repeatedly said no. But they started to scare me, and I admitted to doing it. I signed some document saying I did it. I was wondering if I want to nullify this statement, is it possible? I am extremely worried because I didnt do it, but I the dectectives really scared me.

Speak to an attorney first thing in the morning!

No! You can't just "nullify" the statement. Your attorney can TRY to argue that you were coerced, but that is not a very dim hope.

    Talk to an attorney ASAP.
