Default Re: Statute of Limitation for Theft of Less Than $200

Actually i was in a bind for money back then and stole the ipod and sold it so no chance of returning it...
But after I got the money I bought her a new iPod and gave it as a gift...
The paranoia is because I was recently diagnosed with anxiety disorder so I get extremely anxious about stuff so posted in this forum to ease up some anxiety.

Regarding your answer does that mean that after the limitation period has passed they cant press charges?

    Thanks!
