    Default Ohio Sunshine Law

    I believe a local governing body has broken several aspects of the sunshine law including; open meeting, posting the reasons for special meetings, removing “public records” from the records office and executive session procedures. I have had issues with the members of this governing body in the past and would like to know if I should proceed with action

    That's way too vague to begin to answer. What did the Attorney General's office determine about any potential violations?
