Angry Repossession As a Lien Holder on a Vehicle

My question involves personal property located in the State of: Minnesota

I am listed as lien holder. The party and I had a verbal agreement for payments. They have not paid anyting in over six months. Vehicle should have been paid off 2 years ago this month. Can I reposess the vehicle and re-sell it?

    How much do they owe?

Repossession is a pain in the keester. It may be better to get a small claims judgment and to try to collect the cash.
