Default If Fired or Quit, Do I Have to Move Out of Shop Apt. Right then

I live in Oklahoma, & out of any city limits.

Simple story is... not long after I started doing some work for a guy, he offered for us to move in to the efficiency-type area of his shop (he knew where we were living was not very good). He hadnt payed me much yet for all the days I had been working, however this was suppose to be seperate. He told us not to worry about paying him anything to move in and at least this way someone would be at the shop (so no one would breakin). Since then, I have worked at least 5days a week doing anything & everything for him. 3 weeks ago, he had me find & hired 3 other hands for me to supervise plugging 2 wells (he hadnt had anybody else working for him since about December). Long story short, he has payed me $150 out of 141.5 hours (just in the time it took top do the plugging job), he keeps saying he'll pay me "tomorrow" (even though I know he was paid over $2200 for some oil we took to the reclaimer over a week ago not counting he was paid for the pluggingt job BEFORE we started), he gets in my face & yells about anything I may have a difference in opinion with, and ALOT more bs.
My question is, tomorrow if he gets on a warpath and fires me or something, do we have to move out right then? (even though there is no lrental agreement & he owes me over $2200)??

    Thanks for any assistance.

I don't know Oklahoma Landord/Tenant law, so I can't address that question, but I do know that the employer must pay you for all hours worked. Were you being treated as an employee (taxes withheld from your pay) or an independent contractor?

    No.

He has to give you at least 30 days notice that he is terminating the tenancy.

Even though its a living area (a bedroom, bathroom/sink/shower, &refrigerator/propane cookstove/washing machine) that is in the shop and there has never been any rent amount set?

Thank you so much for your help. I'm just making sure that with these details, that I have the same rights.
