    Default Forged Documents and Emails

My question involves divorce in the State of: California

Hi there: my question concerns the following: am in divorce litigation and my spouse has submitted pages of notes taken from my office. Parts of these notes are forged. She added fake dates and a few words here and there to alter content. She also provided an email that is fake: she substituted the body of a real email and pasted it under a 'real' header.'

Since all these documents are only presented in photocopies, but they are very relevant to my case, how can I defend myself against the forgery in the 'notes' and the email. There has to be a way to prove someone is 'faking' an entire email with a cut and paste. What to do?

    Thank you so much!

Do you have the original documents? If not, who does? It seems to me that presenting the originals would effectively solve your problem.
