My question involves divorce in the State of: California
Hi there: my question concerns the following: am in divorce litigation and my spouse has submitted pages of notes taken from my office. Parts of these notes are forged. She added fake dates and a few words here and there to alter content. She also provided an email that is fake: she substituted the body of a real email and pasted it under a 'real' header.'
Since all these documents are only presented in photocopies, but they are very relevant to my case, how can I defend myself against the forgery in the 'notes' and the email. There has to be a way to prove someone is 'faking' an entire email with a cut and paste. What to do?![]()
Thank you so much!
