You've got yourself a legal catch 22 there. If you were emancipated, you could access the money because you would be a legal adult. But in order to be considered a legal adult, you have to ALREADY have access to it. Among other things.
I think you've got the wrong idea about emancipation (you and about 600,000 other teenagers.) Emancipation is NOT and never was a means for a minor to leave home. It was and is a means to provide legal protections to those who, through no fault of their own, find themselves needing to support themselves.
If you are in an abusive situation, there are means to protect you, but those means do NOT include emancipation. I have yet to hear of a successful petition for emancipation based on those grounds.
