Default Marriage After Winning the DV Lottery

I was recently selected in the Diversity Immigrant Visa program and I'm in the process of filing my application. At the time I submitted my DV lottery entry, I was single, but I got married recently and I've been trying to figure out what forms I need to file in order to include my wife on my application. I called the Kentucky Consular Center several times and they give me different information every time. The first time they said that I needed to file form s-230 for her, which I couldn't even find on their website. The second time they said I needed to send a copy of our marriage certificate and two passport photos for her along with a copy of the notification letter, and the last time they said we needed to send form DSP-122 along with passport photos. We currently live in the United States, and according to their website we can check if we are eligible to adjust our status, but they have not stated any criteria for eligibility. Please advise us on how to proceed and what forms we need to submit to apply for our Green Cards through the DV lottery.

Are you stating that you applied for the DV lottery, got married, then found out you were selected? Or are you stating that you applied, found out you were accepted, and then got married?

Are we talking about a long-term relationship between you and your spouse that you can document? Your spouse is present in the U.S. on what type of visa / status?

I won the lottery and we got married after that. It is a long time relationship that we can document. We've been living together for a while before I even submitted my entry to the lottery. My wife is on F-1 visa, currently on OPT. She's been registered with SEVIS at our address for months before I won the lottery, so I am not worried about proving that our marriage is genuine.. I am just having difficulties understanding the whole process in my case. From my own research I found out that I have to submit the DSP-122 form for me and the DS-230 forms for me and my wife. In addition to that, I need to submit 2 passport photos for both of us, a copy of our marriage license, and a copy of the notification letter that I received when I won the lottery. Do I need to send any money orders? Am I missing something?? Thanks for your assistance!
