Angry Minnesota Has Crappy Law for Amending Birth Certificate

minnesota says they have the best educated, but they are best educated in fools' logic. They won't allow a birth amendment unless the judge specifically orders the registrar to do it ,even after a legal name change. A female judge ordered a legal name change for my child..but says she does not approve a birthe amendment. Now what do I do..I have muy child's passport in one name but his b.c. in another. My first instict was.. she must be post-menopausal

What an incredibly OBNOXIOUS thing to say. Grow the heck up and follow the Judges directions on getting the name changed completed on all documents.
