My niece was arrested last year for FRAUD/USE/POSS ID INFO-LESS 5. She went to court and I think she received deferred adjudication and placed on probation. Just recently, she failed a drug test, and was re-arrested. She went back to court yesterday and the county web site states the setting was "PROB-CONFRNC" and the results as "MOTN ADJ DISM". I see that she is still in jail today.

What does this mean? Does it look like she has to stay in jail for the remainder of the original sentance? Is this something filed by her attorney, or the judge? Is she getting out of jail? Thanks for helping me decode this.
