My boyfriend came over illegally from Mexico to Florida when he was 18 years of age. He is 27 years old now. when he was 19-20 years old he was arrested in a county in florida for possession of marijuana under 20 grams. He spent 3 days incarcerated and released after paying 100.00 dollars. His plea court was set. He went and plead not guilty and court date was to be set at a later date. They sent him a questionaire form and instructed him to fill it out and send 20.00 dollars back to the courts. He did as instructed. Pending court date notification , he was in another county 10 miles away and got caught AGAIN with a possession charge of the same and with having a pot pipe.Bond was set at 7000.00 dollars. He spent 3 months incarcerated when his family in florida went to pay the 10% to bondsman when his Public Defender told him it was a waste of money because immigration was involved at this point. Immigration in Manatee County(Florida) came and took him to Manatee awaiting to be deported back to Mexico. He spent 1 month in Manatee. They told him he could reenter after 10 years. He spent 1 year in Mexico and came back to Florida illlegally of course. He went to the consulate in Orlando, Fla and showed them his Mexican ID and Mexico Driver License and obtained a passport good till 2012. Now remember he was incarcerated in one county causing him a failure to appear for the first charge in the other county. I was wanting to know if I fill the fiance to marry a mexican in the U.S within the 90 day period would this cause a rejection? We would like to get the warrent if any cleared up once he is legally allowed to be here
