My question involves business law in the state of: Wisconsin
Currently we are opening a restaurant in Madison and unfortunately we had some hangups with the architect work and engineer work.
In late 2009 my General Partner and I created our LLP
In early 2010 I signed a lease agreement but my partner did not because he was out of town.
In the lease it says payment begins at 3 months after the sign date or on our first day of operations.
Landlord is wondering about money for the months of April, and May now.
My question is:
Is my signature alone good enough to execute a lease for my LLP when the business is split 50/50?
