My question involves real estate located in the State of: Arkansas
My neighbor home is about 8 years old and it has flooded about 10 times! Is it a legal way she can get out of the mortgage because the house is full of mold and ruined? She has file for federal help so many times and the money receive is never enough to repair or replace all her clothes, furniture, carpet, cracks in foundation. Our area was not listed as a flood zone and now flood insurance is really out of the question. No one wants to touch that house! We are in the state of Arkansas. My neighbor does not have enough money to fight the builder in court and the city stands behind the builder because he has so much money! I actually have two neighbors that have the same problem! They have wrote everyone in the state for help but if you do not have the money to fight you are just out of luck! They have a major case .Can anyone come to Arkansas and take this builder to court because he has several subdivisions where homes have major problems? I know it's plenty of money to be won if someone would take this case!
