    Default Fraudulent Time Sheets

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Tennessee

What is the criminal Implications for producing a timesheet for or by an exempt employee after the fact to meet the auditing requirements for internal control on an A-133 Audit? The contributing factor is that all exempt employees should be doing timesheets, but are not.

You're asking about fraudulent timesheets, created by an employer who failed to keep valid records?

If you're wondering about the consequences of your committing fraud, run it past your lawyer. We don't even know what type of organization is involved, we lack a crystal ball with which to foretell your future, and we don't help people commit crimes.
