No. Dad sent me here because mom hasn't been taking care of me and was forcing me to drop out of college. I'm going to Ohio to visit my dad and then I'll be coming back. My mom knows I'm in Florida but I'm not going back to her house when I am in Ohio. My dad only has visits 3 hours a week.

What does your mother have to say about all of this?

you will visit her house (actually move back in to) if she says you will. If your mother contests what you father is doing (and its in violation of the custody order) he could be held in contempt and actually go to jail for it.

You have no rights here and if your father chooses to do anything he needs to deal with it in the courts.

My mom doesn't care. She's been letting live wherever for about 2 Years now. I was just curious if I can move out with my moms approval. I know I'll have to come back if she says so I just didn't want to get in trouble.

Your parents can allow you to live anywhere they choose to let you live.

You can live anywhere your mother gives you permission to live.
