I don't know what posting history you're talking about. I came here to talk about computer crimes and hacking.

And the OP said that the mom did not press charges for three months. After three months, she filed an order of protection. It is obvious that the OP means that, for three months, the mom did not take any legal action at all. And then, the only legal action she took was to get the order of protection.

I'm sure that a forensic examination of the phone and the Facebook website will show where those changes came from. If the mother did not do anything, then she can say so at her trial.

Also, the OP has not indicated that he is currently facing any criminal charges.

So why did the FBI get involved in the Larry Mendte case? What was so serious about that?
Did you notice the title under the poster "aaron?" He's the administrator - so he can see all of your posting history. That you have ever done on here. That is what he is talking about.

Also you keep ignoring what people are saying. You are using two very different cases. If he reports that someone accessed his Facebook without his permission, the police and FBI will not care. They might do a report but they are not going to waste hours and resources on some child molester's Facebook page when they have bigger fish to fry in this world environment.

Honestly it sounds like Mr. Pickles and you are the same person. Perhaps someone should do a forensic examination of your logins and see if you are the same person...just saying.

I have looked up the guy you keep mentioning. This might be why it was investigated more than this guy's account would get looked at seriously.

    - He bought a keystroke-logging device to get her passwords in August 2006, and intercepted e-mails from Lane's personal and work accounts, prosecutors said

    - From January to May of this year (2008), Mendte read Lane's e-mail 537 times, the FBI said.

    - Mendte was fired in June (2008) after FBI agents searched his home and seized his computer. His attorney, Michael Schwartz, has said Mendte cooperated from the start.

    - Mendte leaked privileged e-mails about her criminal case to the press, and prosecutors say he is the only plausible source of damaging leaks concerning a swimsuit photo she sent a friend, married TV sports anchor Rich Eisen.

    - The former KYW-TV anchor admitted hacking into Lane's e-mail hundreds of times, both before and after the city's CBS affiliate fired her in January after a late-night arrest in New York.

He actually hacked into her email and accessed hundreds of emails, including privileged emails regarding a court case, and leaked them. That is a far cry from someone leaving their phone logged into Facebook and someone else uses it.

If he wants the police all up in his business about this Facebook thing, he can feel free to report it. But he is being accused of having sex or at the least an inappropriate relationship with a minor child. Is Facebook really that important? The EASIEST thing to do is change your password and sign out of all devices that it is logged into. Also probably need to change the email associated with the page so that no one else can access it if they have access to that email.

While they are both people with questionable moral behavior, I would think aaron would have mentioned if they were the same people. He's called people out for that in the past.
