    Actually unless there is notice given, an employer may NOT record everything. That is not true. Nor can they record telephone calls into and out of the business without proper notice to everyone involved.

    Of course. I was given notice at one point but my point was that everything without their premises was subject to recording; phone calls, discussions as i walked through the building; everything
