Default When Can You Sue the Police for Harassment

What civil rights lawsuits would be easiest to win and also easy to bait corrupt police with?
How far would the police have to go for you to win something? Just stop you? Stop you and harass you about it? For how long? Arrest/booking?

Others have suggested that the following laws are illegal (I have not checked)
    Parking curfews
    Park curfews
    No camping in parks
No sleeping in your car in a public parking spot
Walking around in boxer shorts (and nothing else)
Walking around with a visible (under fabric, not naked) erection

Someone else told me that just stopping you / asking for your id under those circumstances is a violation of equal protection (harassing you for being poor). Any truth to that?

None of those laws are illegal.

What kind of foolish campaign are you on?

I know for sure that the "no sleeping in your car in a public parking spot" has been stricken down repeatedly all over the country as discriminating against the poor. I'm aware many cities continue to have laws like these. I have been told by reasonably informed people that all the others are true as well, but have not checked.

I appreciate the replies but both of you have posted replies that do not answer the question asked. This makes it more difficult for me to get helpful answers because others see the replies and assume I have been helped.

In all sincerity, you are not going to get any helpful replies. Your questions are simply too wacky. No one here is going to enable you.
