Default Pregnant 16 year old wants to move out

I live in Florida and my pregnant 16 year old daughter wants to move out into her boyfriend's (who is 17) mother's house. The mother will allow this; however, she does not feel they should get married and neither do I. I want to know if I can even allow her to move out. Can I get in any kind of legal trouble? What are the legal implications for me if I do allow her to move out?

Where is the Father of your child and what are his views? Legally no long as you consent you are fine however I would think her Father could protest and that could be problematic

Her father (my ex) is in Florida also. We have a good relationship and he would go along with whatever I decided. Could this woman that my daughter wants to live with be able to sue me for some type of support? Also, could I get into any kind of trouble by the law if something were to happen? Is this like child endangerment or abandonment?

I think ( and I stress think!) there could be a support issue but I am unsure. Before you agree to this move discuss what other parent may or may not want from you to allow this. For your own peace of mind document your conversation day time who said what who was present. This could protect you later if something should come up

You don't get child support simply for letting an unrelated minor live in your house. Ordinarily only a parent or legal guardian would have any recourse to claim child support.
