Default Married To A US Citizen

I'm married 22 years to a US citizen born in the US but not lived there for more than 5 year before age 21.
At this time we live in Israel but want to move to the US, can she ask for my green card by Immigration through a Family Member without having to wait
    Thanks, Arthur

You mean, can she have a relative petition for your immigration rather than bringing the petition herself?
