So I have a Mutual restraining order in Hawaii that covers my daily contact with my son and that I can contact my ex for matters concerning my son, this order is 8 years old and is still current. She moved to Washington and got a TRO in Washington and claimed that the day I was served this TRO I called her and left a message to let her know about a upcoming custody hearing in Hawaii, even though I hadnt violated the Hawaii order since she claims I called her a few minutes after getting served the Washington order, in Hawaii, I called her and left this message. My question does not pertain to the actual charge but to who has jurisdiction, does Washington Order cover me while I am in Hawaii? or would Washington have Hawaii enforce it under full faith and credit since I was in Hawaii?

Hawaii says that since I was physically in Hawaii they would have jurisdiction, Washington says that I commited the crime in Washington since I called my ex in Washington and has to go there to appear in their court, even though I had never been in Washington in my life, other then once in the military I had a connecting flight but never left the airport.

Hawaii has absolutely no interest in bringing charges against me.

I have a lawyer but would like to know these answers so I dont waste my his whole day asking questions that dont matter, I'm trying to figure out what of the many questions are most important to ask him.

Thanks, THEJKH1999
