You ask your probation officer. If your probation officer says "no", you can bring a motion with the court, but about 99.99% of the time the judge will side with the probation officer.

My probation officer said he doesn't care as I have not had any problems at all while on probation. He can't make the decision though. He said he will petition the court in another year or so when I hit the 2 year mark, but if I wanted to get off early he would support it. I just need to know the procedure to petition the court, by policy he can't really advise me.
You can try looking in the county law library to see if there's a practitioner's guide to the criminal courts with forms, and if it contains sample motions for an early discharge from probation. You can ask the clerk of the court, very nicely, if they can help you find a sample motion from another case. You can hire a lawyer to do it for you.
Thanks, that sounds like a good place to start looking.
