    Exclamation Criminal Detainer

My question involves an arrest warrant from the State of: Maryland
My husband just served time in one county in Maryland and his case was dismissed. However, he has a detainer in another county and they are transporting him to that county. According to his record the judge ordered a $2000 cash bond paid only by defendant. Please try to answer the following answers as best as you possibly can for me.

    What happens now?
If I pay the cash bond can he get out?
Or does he have to spend more time in jail?

He is held on the outstanding charge, until he bonds out or it is resolved (including his sentence).

Possibly. Contact the court and ask.

That'll happen if he doesn't bond out.
