    Unless the belongings comsist of water beds and dep freezers (that are filled), I doubt there is any problem with the stuff. If the house is jeopardized structurally, with typical household items, I would look into fixing your house rather than blaming the tenant.

    Most household items are simply not heavy enough to be concerned with unless they impart a large load in a small area.
