Unhappy Pregnant Teen Wants To Move Out

I am turning 17 in a month and i am also 9 months pregnant due any day now. My mom and I do not get along in any way possible and she causes so much stress on me that my boyfriend is shocked that I didnt loose my baby. She doesnt want me to move out until I am 18 but I have an opportunity coming up that I cant let go of.. my boyfriend is going to get a job, car, and his own place all within the next week or two and we could afford it all so easily. There is no way that I would be able to get a job to support myself until September but I know that he would help me if I could move in with him and I have about $3,000 saved up to help me.

I would like to know which option sounds better:
    1. my boyfriends mom trying to be my guardian so I could move out.
    2. seeing if I could be emancipated although I know my mom and dad wont sign anything.
    3. suffering for another year which I would rather not do.
    any suggestions?

    1. my boyfriends mom trying to be my guardian so I could move out.Thats not emancipation
    2. seeing if I could be emancipated although I know my mom and dad wont sign anything.Your state requires the parent to file the petition
    3. suffering for another year which I would rather not do.Best answer

First off as I said your parents must file peition so that out

Second you canno tlive anywhere outside of your parents home without consent. Will you get the consent?

    Third your not suffering.

    According to Orange County,
Quote Quoting Who May Apply For A Marriage License
    • Any male or female age 18 or over.
    • A minor whose parents are deceased and no guardian is appointed.
    • Minors, who under oath, swear that they are parents or expectant parents of a child. In addition, a written statement of a licensed physician must verify the pregnancy. When the fact of pregnancy is verified by the written statement of a licensed physician, the county court judge may, in his/her discretion, issue a license to marry.
    • A previously married minor.
    • A person age 16 or 17 with parental or guardian consent.
    Marriage results in emancipation.

I was trying to say that his mom would try to get full custody of me and she would give me permission to stay with him.
I know I am not litterally suffering Im just really annoyed and fed up with my situation.

The marriage idea sounds good though. We are already engaged so thats not much of a big change. I cant find anything online to help me learn about it though, where would I go?

You may live anywhere safe long as you have parental consent

To learn about what? If you want to know how to petition the judge, try your county court's website or the County Clerks' office.
