Default Re: How Do Evict My Son.no Lease or Agreement in Force

Not really. Think about what OP posted.

What legal grounds can I use to move him out and retain the guns?
I think he just wants him out of the house.

But now I want him out. There is one problem, he has 3 guns in his possesson, registered. I want him out of my house, and want the guns to be taken away from him, on grounds that in the past he has made threats of harm to family members.
He doesn't say what those threats were and if they involved a gun.
