Default I'm on Probation Doing First Amendment Activism

My question involves civil rights in the State of: Georgia.
I am on felony probation. What are my rights while doing first amendment auditing? If an officer approaches me do I have to identify myself, provide ID, tell him I'm on probation, etc. And if I am illegally arrested does it violate my probation?
    Thanks.

If you are doing "first amendment auditing" then you are an idiot. If you are doing while you are on probation you are an idiot that simply wants to go back to jail.

The fact that you are doing "first amendment auditing" doesn't change the requirements of your probation in any way.

You disagree with first amendment auditing?!? What do you base that on? What part of first amendment auditing would violate my probation?
You haven't done anything but make yourself sound like a cop.

Yes, I do. I base that on every idiot I've seen do it on YouTube. It seems the entire point is to run just up to the line of trespassing or some other law. The problem is that many of you self-proclaimed protectors of the constitution don't know where that line is. This is mainly because you seem to get your education in the subject from other idiots on line who also don't know where the line is or don't understand that line is different in different locations.

You are a perfect example. You want to test the bounds of the law but haven't even taken the time to read and understand the limitations of the rules of your own probation.

What exactly do you plan to do? The term "first amendment auditing" could mean a lot of different things, after all. If what you plan to would violate any law then that will almost certainly violate your probation since a standard condition of every probation order I've seen requires the probationer not to violate any laws.

For that you need to read your probation order. Some orders say that if you have any contact with law enforcement you must disclose to the officer your identity and that you are on probation. If you have that requirement and don't do it, that itself can be a violation of your probation.

That wrongful arrest by itself should not violate your probation. But if the conduct that lead up to the arrest was a crime or otherwise violated your probation that would be a problem. The specific details of what occurred are going to matter.

I strongly suggest you ignore responses that serve no purpose other than to bait argument.

Creating or attempting to create a list of legal rights would serve no useful purpose.

Unlike anyone who might respond here, you know (or should know) the terms of your probation, so you'd have to tell us what would and wouldn't be a violation. You should also tell us exactly what you plan to be doing that you are describing as "[F]irst [A]mendment auditing."

You don't know of any laws I'd be breaking then? I promise if I find some "grey area" between trespassing and not trespassing I'll stay far away from it. "Rolls eyes."
By the way, just because a cop gets mad about so

Ok. I promise if I find a grey line between trespassing and not trespassing I'll stay far away from it. "Rolls eyes." And btw, just because a cop gets mad about someone photographing doesn't mean they "run up to the line of trespassing."
    Go suck a cop.

You are right. I let myself get baited a little.

Ok. So I'm gonna assume whether the contact is constitutional or not, I have to identify myself. Thanks.
