    When you turn 18 you can do what you want. Until then you are a minor and will have to live where mom and dad say you live. If mom and dad are - for some absurd reason - okay with you shacking up with your beau, then you can do it (assuming you are both of legal age to engage in sexual relations in FL).

    Graduating from high school at 17 does not make you an adult or an emancipated minor. You are still a dependent minor.
