In Florida, unless your parent or legal guardian will sign the emancipation petition, you're dead in the water before you start. It is by no means guaranteed if they will, but it's an automatic NO if they won't.

What kind of income do you have along with that house? Are you going to be able to pay all your own expenses, including your health insurance and medical bills, all by yourself? If the answer is no, then so is the answer to emancipation.
Well my mom who died her ex husband has been considered my parent and he said that he would be willing to petition this for me he’s considered my natural guardian so wouldn’t he have grounds to petition and sign for me. Along with the house i have a job cleaning houses, and a long time elementary school friend who has gotten her gde at 16 who works two jobs wishes to live with me to split bills . I also Plan on getting a job. My father figure has also always supported me with financial situations.

If i was in control of my own government financial aid so I could do all the things that are critical to my physical and emotional health that aren’t currently being looked viewed as important. Their is so much more to this so many little things that add up as something i hate To call my life .
