    Default Officer Knowingly Provided False Information Resulting in an Arrest

    My question involves civil rights in the State of: Vermont the officer knowingly lied and even forgot to turn off his audio when he said he knew he couldn't prove anything but because there was a civil suspension on my record I'd automatically getting 18 months sentence until it went to court what can I do
