Default Store Called the Police Without Detaining a Shoplifting Suspect

1st arrested at home after I left Wal-Mart LP reported my licence plate to police that I shoplifters (no judging please I know it is seious issue and having more trouble with other stuff in my life with all of this never was in my Character during 2017 till on going with perfessional help now) I was arested at my home after police ask few things and they took everything and stuff I also paid for some stuff told I change price tags on some items lesser price. when officer put hand cuff on me and pat me down still not in right place and read my rights really not getting it I was arested then taken to station and search again by female officer a bit fuller search. then served papers on trespassing from all wa-mart stores. hand cuff again taken to booking room after told I be released on my own because at 1st officer said I might have to go to jail till seen in court. when taken back to area after booking told I would be release on my own no bail but still didnt UNDERSTAND what was happening the whole time.

after that went to court told I was still on my own but needed a lawyer charges of 4th degree serious mistermeaner. after that I got a lawyer fast (by now I started to really understood what I did and happen and felt more of the issues when I had been arested) charges went to 5th degree simple mistermeanor and 1 year unsuperviced probation pay fines fees and 30 days supended sentence on jail time at end defred sentence if I stay out of trouble with law. my 1st offence on any trouble with law. now after the year over does it go away off record only thing on record is arested right and do I go back to court after my probation over to make sure I'm okay and it done over I only got papers from my lawyer that said what happen but never really anything on how defred works and unsuperviced probation works too. I have read that everyone goes back to court at end but I was never told anything on that and how do you answer question if applying for job if asked I know arested would be yes but charges on mistermeanor or fenloy is it yes on one or other or no because defred

I also don't get why LP at Wal-Mart never stop me there but went and took licence plate down instead and called police. also they had stuff mixed up on items taken there was on papers filed 1st one before stuff return before i was arested second one after and some stuff wrote done 2 times. I also so very glad it never did get into news paper on me thinking because i was arested at home which has help me be able to handle everything better and to make better life choice now.

I know I'll never forgive my self on this so Humiliated embarrassed scared to death and I know people say learn from it and move on forget about it but it will always be a part of me and my character will never be the same. I am right now seeing ALOT of stuff and don't know if not catch what could of happen in my future. please help ( it's so much to take in and no CONTROL over your life and what's going to be the out come the waiting ) emotional rollercoaster. then can't talk to police after your read your rights just having to listen to them and do everything told to you. this was in lowa I know I could call my lawyer I had but just looking for few answers.

I've read through that and don't see a question anywhere in it.

Also an FYI. Last month Walmart officially dropped the hyphen from all logos and trademarks. RIP Wal-Mart.

Also, with Miranda rights, after you advised of your rights you can say whatever you want to the police. Nothing can stop you, not even to constitution, from talking to them. It seems you took the prudent route and didn't say anything after being advised, which is smart.

Good heavens... please try to use some punctuation in future posts.

But after wading through that big block of run-on sentences, it appears that you have 3 questions. The first two are for your PO or your attorney to answer. But the last is easy: Yes. You've been arrested. And you were charged/pled guilty to a misdemeanor.
