    Have you guys ever heard of anyone going to court with this and actually winning the civil case?!
    I'm worried about paying these people and then seeing another letter in a week saying MORE money!

    I guess I figured "shoplifting" was the malicious intent of taking someone's property.
    Wouldn't they have to prove "malicious intent".
