I think this a good point. How would i use this to dismiss the case. not enough evidence?
I saw that is was serviced the very next-day. Can that be argued?

My question involves traffic court in the State of: Washington
so received a speeding ticket in a 60mph zone. WSP clocked me going 73mph.
However he wrote it for going 65+. I have got my discovery...
I said what you recommended.
Officers statement, He does not disclose what direction or on which street he was located at the time. He also does not state that he had a "clear and unobstructed"...
Good news, case dismissed!
Lack of evidence. no location or clear view.
thanks Barry!
The "rolled thru sigh at 15mph" remark is the affidavit from discover not the ticket. It did not provide location, and I don't know where the officer was.
I have did what Barry suggested on this...
What's LEO? 15mph could be missed judged. since its not by radar. Anyway to contest that?

I'm coming from the left. The intersection where the car is. Not the one with stop line. Could...
Can I contest that there is not enough evidence, such there's no location or direction traveled, and no clear view on the statement.
The reason I did not subpoena the officer is that it should be...
Thanks Barry. Great info.
How would you answer that question not subpoena. I would say "Officer would not remember that much detail since it's been a while would just refer to his notes anyway."
I...
That intersection has been revised, so the street view is not up to date.
I thought that the officer did not disclose location, direction and clear view, this would be consider pretty good 80%+...

Can I contest the officer did not have an exact location.?
Also with Traffic: Moderate....
Has anyone had success or input on contest your infraction by mail.?
Barry,
From what i've read, I'm guessing I can't get a discovery before the pre-hearing.
Right? So, it would be better to take the deferral. Since i have not have one. Than take the chance at...
barry,
I did read that article. very helpful.
I want to know that if a deferral is offered on the pre-hearing and by not accepting it then, can I still get deferral at trail if I were to loose the...
Base on what I've read. It's best that I contest and submit a discovery. Since the worst is still a ticket. Right?
Thanks guys.
Joe.
