PAMichael,

[QUOTE=kjcolmo;206846]I'm sorry but I looked on the site and it DOES NOT answer my question clear enough. My question is if I get married while on SSDI will they be completely stop or partial?
I'm sorry but that DOES NOT answer my question. My question is if I get married will on SSDI will they be completely stop? If they stop will it be partial or all?
If a person gets married, while on SSDI will the person have the SSDI taken away? If so, would it be all or partial?
As of what the hearing is like..upon my experience...
There will be an attorney "your attorney" then the judge along with a few other people.
Who those people are Im unaware.
I understand that if a persons gets married while on SSDI. The act of marriage does not affect the eligiability.
However, does it affect the amount the person is currently getting?
If so, how much?...
I get SSDI and work Part time.
Along with that, I have a credit card that has been sent to a collection agency.
Can this lead to a judgement against me?
