The event occured two years ago. This would be ample time to file a police report and/or charges, correct?
I was told I was not allowed to come back for 6 months. This would not be considered a pre-trail diversion/probation, would it?

The mall officer asked me if I had ever done this before, When I replied that I had not, he told me that he could check. What do you think he meant by that?
I am still concerned that this issue...

Also, my parents would be notified of any of those actions, correct?
Would I be notified if there was a police report filed naming be as (I don't know the term) aggravator(?) ?

The police report you mentioned, what would be the purpose of this? I would assume that it would be a precursor to a criminal...
Stupid question, but... I can truthfully answer that I have never been convicted, pled guilty, pled no lo contendre, entered a pre-trial diversion program, been arrested, been cited, etc., correct?
