    Yeah, that's what I'm confused about. I think I'll call the court and look into it. As for 490.1, it's considered as an infraction. And from what I read, infractions aren't considered as crimes.

    Say I do plead "not guilty" and I don't qualify for a PD, what will happen then?

    Do I tell the judge "not guilty" and ask if I can plea bargain?
