    They both mean the same here in Florida. And right to work means just that you have the right to work and be let go at any time without reason and you cannot sue. From my understanding.

    Yeah we will try to do that asap..... Hopefully the owner will comply if not we have to take legal action. Our 2 daughters now wont go to the bathroom cause "the sky is falling"...kinda in a cute way.
