What if you move though from another state? Part time work doesn't disqualify you from benefits so why should quitting it?

What you're saying is not true, can't they quit a part time job to seek full time employment without being completely screwed? It wouldn't make sense otherwise.

Give up, they won't award you anything and if they do they'll likely try saying you were overpaid in 4 years, then you'll owe ALL that money back.
I would not go on UC anymore, they have an indefinite amount of time to contest your being awarded and can claim you were overpaid 10 years down the line when everyone that knows anything at all...
What are you people saying? Was his job full time or not seriously did he have 32 hours a week? If not then he had every right to quit.
