    The lease states "entry may be made only during normal business hours, and at least 24 hours prior notice to the LESSEE."

    That's it, nothing about me leaving or lockboxes.

    I agree the real estate agent "would not want the current renter's there". But can they legally do that? I am paying rent.

    Yes, thanks so much. I found that same section in the law. But it doesn't refer to lockboxes at all or requiring the tenant to leave the house for showings.
