It was issued in WA, and it was not criminal in any way. The border officers told me that any RO that is in effect will cause a problem after 9-11.
Whenever I go thru the border my RO shows up on the computer. This automaticlly has them pull me over into a more thorough checking area where they go through the car. It adds .5 to 1 hour each...
