    sometimes judges will offer it up front, other times you have to ask for it at the start of proceedings. Not a half bad idea to ask the court clerk ahead of time.

    Do not subpoena the officer. If he shows up, his affidavit will no longer be something you get to pick at, and he will be allowed to simply say that he did perform the tests himself.
